Eu ainda não sei o que vou fazer pro Natal. Queria fazer algo brasileiro só que tem que se algo que não precise assar, pois onde meus sogros moram é em alta altitude e tenho medo de não ficar bom. Alguém tem uma receita boa de pavê?

Eu também tinha receita de pavê de chocolate mas não trouxe comigo do Brasil porque o de amendoim pra mim é especial.

Nessa, o ham que eles vendem por aqui é igual o nosso pra colocar cravo, mel e abacaxi, sim. Minha sogra fez desse tipo pro meu casamento. :P

Eu tô quase desistindo da rabanada e fazendo uma surpresa de abacaxi pro Natal. Acho que pra gente é legal e tradição mas pra americano que já tem a french toast pra café da manhã mas um pão no ovo frito com açúcar por cima não é nada diferente, né? Daí agora tô pensando em levar um doce diferente, tipo a surpresa de abacaxi, ou até mesmo o pavê mesmo.

Outra coisa, faz muito tempo que só faço brigadeiro pra comer de colher, então vai uma dúvida, o ponto de enrolar é assim que solta da panela? Sem risco de ficar muito duro?

Eu as vezes erro no ponto. Na verdade quando começa a desgrudar da panela parece mole, eu acabo deixando mais e depois endurece muito. Então o segredo é quando começa a desgrudar tira do fogo e deixa esfriar.

Eu queria tanto fazer esse pavê, mas não existe a bendita bolacha maisena aqui :crying: so acho a Maria no setor mexicano :(
