Oi meninas,

O meu brigadeiro ficou mole! :crying:

Mas como ninguém aqui sabia como ele é prá ser foi tranquilo. A festa foi um sucesso e eu nem tive que ficar muito na cozinha. Fiz umas mini-quiches de queijo nas forminhas de muffin e ficaram muito boas. A receita é americana. O pão de queijo ficou meio duro, mas todo mundo gostou. O resto a gente comprou pronto!

Valeu pelas dicas, viu?? Adoro vocês!

Alix, o brigadeiro depende de tempo e paciência, se você ficar mexendo (para que não grude na panela) por um bom tempo, quando você começa ver que ele está grosso e ver o fundo da panela significa que está bom. Se você quiser bem grosso continue mexendo, mas tome cuidado, pois se ficar muito tempo depois que esfriar ele fica duro que nem uma pedra, que nem aquelas balas duras sabe?

Não sei se vocês colocam margarina ou manteiga, eu coloco sempre uma colher ou meia colher de sopa. Mas se você fizer e ficar mole, comam de colherada mesmo :P

No brigadeiro eu uso margarina, acho que a manteiga é salgada demais pra fazer doces.

O ponto do brigadeiro é que é tudo mas eu sempre faço pra comer de colher então nunca tenho que preocupar com o ponto correto pra enrolar.

Alguém já tentou usar evaporated milk no lugar de creme de leite? A co-worker do Charles disse que acha que é a mesma coisa, eu só de mecher a lata e ver pela consistência sei que não é. Não sei se tento substituir ou uso em outra receita qualquer. Nem sei pra que serve evaporated milk.

Nessa, por que nao usar o table cream que E o nosso creme de leite ?? Eu nunca usei esse evaporated nao

O meu brigadeiro eu faco so assim olha: lata de leite condensado e chocolate em po.. viu ? facil ne ? :P

ai eu poe tudo no fogo e mexo ate engrossar ate o ponto que eu quiser... e depois e so correr pra galera :lol:

É que o Charles insistiu em comprar 1 lata para comparar, eu tenho creme de leite que a gente achou no Walmart, mas vou ter que usar o evaporated milk algum dia, não gosto de jogar comida fora não.

Achei até bacalhau online!!! Portuguese Food

Eu estava lembrando uns nomes de comidas pra traduzir pra vcs mas agora parece q saíram correndo do meu cérebro! LOL! A única coisa q lembro agora é "Puffy Pastry" q significa Massa Folhada!!! Pra quem quiser fazer um croissant de manhã é bem prático e vc acha fácil em qquer supermercado. Já vem pronto. É só assar... Coloque um pedação de chocolate no meio antes de assar pra vc ver... é de lamber os beiços!!! LOL!
