Pode congelar creme de leite sem problemas, afinal não é isso que todo mundo faz pra separar o soro qndo usa o de latinha?

E fica mais uma dica: Se vcs forem prendadas o suficiente (vulgarmente conhecido como "tiverem saco") pra fazer chantilly em casa, podem fazer os merengues (ou picos ou sei-lá-qual-o-nome) e levar pra congelar em forma (aberto) depois é só colocar em saquinhos para armazenar melhor no freezer. Devido ao teor de gordura não precisa descongelar.

e verdade, Lauritcha... quando o Ken me falou tambem achei suuuper esquisito... eu continuo fazendo com o bom e velho arroz mesmo.. e o Ken ama... que mane macarrao o que !!!

nunca congelei, mas basta deixar na geladeira .... sei que ate dois dias nao estraga.. depois disso e melhor jogar fora

Eu achei uma parecida, mas não é a nossa batata palha, é maiorzinha. Última pergunta, eu vou começar a fazer agora, I hope you didn't leave, você disse que usa a whole can of tomato paste, mas eles tem vários sizes of can, qual size is it?

Sim, eu adoro falar portinglês :D

ah, não compramos conhaque, porque nem eu nem o Charles gostamos de conhaque, então iria ficar rolando na geladeira até que alguma visita que goste de conhaque apareça, which I doubt will ever happen, anyway, Charles tem Drambuie, Italian Liquor e Rum, eu uso um desses ou esqueço essa parte?

Dá pra usar rum pra flambar tb, mas não sei qnto ao gosto. Geralmente rum é usado em sobremesas

Eu já usei rum antes, dá pra fazer mas tem que ser em quantidade menor. A verdade é que o flambé pode ser com qualquer bebida alcolica que seja forte o bastante pra pegar fogo.Nessa, a latinha de massa de tomate é daquelas pequenas (tipo extrato de tomate), mas as vezes uso molho de tomate ao invés de massa de tomate, e daí uso da grande mesmo (tipo tarantella no Brasil).
