me falaram para manter a batata seca quando vc faz batata frita sabe? é usar uma pitada de bicarbonato no oleo, entao acredito que vale para todo o resto, mas sei la, eu posso contar nos dedos quando faço fritura, normalmente é umas 3, 4 vezes no máximo por ano.

BTW, Manjericão is basil... Aliás, os cortes de carnes são todos totalmente diferentes q no Brasil, se vc quiser, vai ter q pedir pro açougueiro cortar do jeito q vc quer (ex: picanha).

OMG manjericão is plain old basil. I'm a moron. I ate it for like a year and was like "hmmm I've never had this before."

But I guess we don't eat it like it shows up on a pizza in Brazil...
