li num outro grupo do qual faço parte que vc pode assar as rabanadas. Faça do jeito que vc está acostumada e coloque numa forma untada. Provavelmente leva mais tempo, mas deve ficar sequinha.

No final de julho vieram uns amigos dos US e Suíça aqui pra casa e eu fiz em frigideira anti-aderente - sem óleo nenhum - eles gostaram muito. Ah! E eu coloquei um pouco de leite de coco na mistura de leite e ovos.

10/26/2006- Consulate receives case (seriously, one month to receive the case?? BS!), and packet 3 that I sent even before they had received the case.

01/02/2007- Interview!!!!!!!!!!!!! Got a 221(g)

01/23/2007- Second Interview. VISA granted!!!

01/29/2007- VISA arrived.... no envelope though. I'm gonna contact them and see what happened this time!

01/31/2007- I'll have to send them one last financial support evidence.

02/01/2007- Evidence sent

02/02/2007- Evidence received by Consulate

02/06/2007- Consulate sends envelope!

02/07/2007- Envelope received!!!

02/10/2007- Flew to the USA!!!!!!

04/17/2007- Wedding day!!!

Migoca... o segredo para qualquer fritura ficar (mais) seca e... deixar o oleo esquentar bastante antes de por o alimento nele.. quanto mais quente o oleo mais seca a fritura... espero que isso sirva para as rabanadas tambem...

Eu ouvi falar que colocar uma pitada de bicarbonato de sódio ajuda, mas sei lá, não faço fritura.

Eu adoro chocotone!!!!! Eu também não curto panetone tradicional por causa das frutas secas!!! Hoje estava no supermercado e vi que lançaram um chocotone light!

Eu nem sei se vou ter que cozinhar no Natal...hoje vou fazer um pudim de leite condensado que eu estava na secura de comer!!!!

E amanhã vou tentar fazer umas trufas de chocolate....hmmmmmm....é a TPM!! Hahahaahaha

O meu pudim eu ainda não sei se ficou bom, ainda está na geladeira esfriando...mas o bolo de fubá com coco ficou uma delícia! Pois é, ainda fiz um bolo! :lol: A minha "secretária" me deu a receita....ela é uma cozinheira de mão cheia! Só não tirei uma foto porque a máquina estava sem bateria!! :whistle:

Eu vi que tem Panetone Bauducco prá vender num daqueles sites de artigos brasileiros que a Carol postou na primeira página desse thread! Mas deve Panetone em supermercados normais também!
