Sister expecting in Kuwait

My sister is expecting her second child next year and is moving to Kuwait. Her partner works for a large oil company and there could be travel to North America. If she goes with him what sort of jabs would she need bearing in mind she will be living in Kuwait. I've checked this website DT Moving - international removals but not sure exactly what would be needed. I think things are a bit mad for them at the moment what with packing up the house and keeping their other child occupied. Any advice would be appreciated.
