Hi, I posted this in K-1 forum earlier, but I think this is a better place for my question....

I already sent my DS-230, DS-156, DS-156k, DS-157, DS-2001, and cover letter to the London Embassy... Today I realized that the question on the DS-156 form in regards to the "NATIONAL IDENTIFICATION NUMBER" was filled incorrectly.... When filling out the form previously we put my Fiancees National Insurance Number instead.... :bonk: .... Thankfully I figured that the polish PESEL number is her "NATIONAL IDENTIFICATION NUMBER"... I refilled the form and reprinted it in duplicate as is required, but I need to know if I can simply bring the revised DS-156 forms to the interview with me to remedy this??? ... or do I need to send it... My concern is the generated barcode on this form... Will they figure out this mistake when entering this info into their system, and will it potentially delay our interview date, or will they allow my fiancee to give them the revised versions at the interview?

Does anybody that interviewed at US embassy in London have any experience with filling out a form improperly and being called out on it?

Please help... I am stressing out  that one little mistake is going to delay our process even more while waiting for our interview date....

thanks for your help/advice/experiences

I don't think it will delay you. Tell them when you get there and offer the corrected copy to the interviewer. I bet lots of people have put their NHS number in that blank before.
