I have never understood the appeal of Rush -- he is boring and and boorish. And he's really not very smart -- he falls down when he's not surrounded with people who agree with him, like the time he was sucker-punched when he went on the Letterman show

If I want to listen to a conservative opinion (which I do) I can think of a lot better people to turn to

What is it? That you don't like the emotional appeal or that you don't like to see people who are suffering in political ads?

Sure it does. That is when the Dems got the Jersey Girls out. We were attacked. If you call wanting to defend ourselves an emotional appeal then your really missing the point.

I am not a repub or a dem and they all do it in different ways. The republicans are more devious, rather than trot someone out with the actual problem they support they bring you their best intellegence and tell you if you dont act on it we are all going to die then when it does not pan out they say no really the intellegence supported the action. Every politician acts in a way to try and gain your sympathy to their cause it is just a matter of how they do it and to date I have yet to see any politician not dip into the bottom of the barrel to further they election campaign.

Really? Has he ever lampooned or made fun of Dubbya? Because he once refered Chelsea Clinton as the family dog. Please post something that is even remotely close to those kind of insults about a Republican.
