hello every one..i accompained with my spouse ON 25TH SEP for the interview..we had a very tough and lengthy interview.we answered and provide every single thing asked by CO.questions were the common as every one knows.after about 30 mints,as usual he put my spouse on AP.the CO kept his passport and said it may take 3 to 6 months to complete the AP.

well the reason he gave us in blue sheet is

...@w-2 please submit a w-2 from the joint sponsor from the most recent tax year,plz submit this via our courier services@

thats what my spouse got from the islamabad counslate.

NOW my question is i have arranged these documents and will posT them in few days.then AP will over or they will keep it for a long????PLZ REPLY

Welcome to the AP group, Its a Hell Hole...that's exactly happened to us, my dad submitted the W2 along with Tax returns which he submitted it through FedEx in US. They were received and approved and guess what we have been in AP since Feb of this month. It will be the 9th month for us since we have been put in AP. I know couple of others and their AP is more lengthier than ours. I didnt mean to scare you, but that's the reality.

I do every month, but they are keep telling me the same thing over an over. who said that they cant keep the cases in AP for a long time. Last, I knew they can keep it for good, and there is nothing we could do.
