VSC August 29th filer. You just got me excited about the VSC July 30th approval....lol! It's still a long way but hey....

August 6th filer! Got excited as well!! Check USCIS timeline and it says June 4th... So.. fingers crossed! hopefully they speed up! We (my son and i) is missing my fiance so bad.

NOA1 August 6th. NOA2 April 19th. Finally! CSC is finally processing K1 Visas!

VSC August 22nd Filer here. Got the K1 visa in my hand.

From the time I got my NOA1 to the time I got my visa in hand it exactly took me 8 months for the process.

I wish all my fellow August filers all the very best.

Aww, I don't even belong in this thread (November 6th filer), but I've been waiting to see what your RFE could be for, because you seem one of the least likely to have missed anything at all in your petition! It really is sad and quite puzzling!

I'm sorry for your frustration and I hope that it resolves as soon as possible!

K-1 Visa: I-129F filed November 6, 2012, NOA2 May 17, 2013, Interview and Approval July 24, 2013

POE San Diego, September 13, 2013, Wedding October 25, 2013

AOS filed November 19, 2013, EAD/AP received January 30, 2014, interview and AOS Approval on February 27, 2014.

ROC filed December 3, 2015, NOA1 12/4/15, Biometrics 12/31/15, ROC Approval on June 16, 2016, 10-Year Green Card received June 22, 2016.

N400 filed September 14, 2023, same day acceptance and Biometric Reuse notice, Interview on 2/13/24: Passed and same day oath. ALL DONE WITH USCIS.

No RFE at any stage, thanks to VisaJourney!

2023 September 14: filed N-400 online

2023 September 14: same day acceptance notice and "Biometrics Reuse" notice

2023 December 28: notice of interview scheduled for February 13, 2024

2024 February 13: naturalization interview (five-year rule) passed, same day oath - now a US Citizen and done with USCIS!

hi! im knew here but anyway just want to share some experience. We filed our K1 last August of 2012 and got the NOA2 last 17th of april and still waiting from the NVC. Anyone did calling the NVC for the case number? Im anxiaous and excited since we recieved our NOA2 after 8 months of waiting:)

Sorry I didn't reply earlier. Somehow I missed this post.

We finally got the RFE hard copy.

Despite me doing almost all the paperwork for the petition, emailing everything I could to him, mailing him my signed letter of intent to marriage and other bits, HE forgot to sign the G-325a and he didn't include the right parts of his divorce papers. His complete set of divorce papers are now copied, the form is signed and the envelope is ready to mail back to the service centre BUT he missed the mail yesterday so hopefully he will send it today :)

a case number from NVC, so nagpamedical kana?

I called the NVC and got our case number. It was sent to Manila on May 1st and they have it already. I've not received the official letter yet, but the status is that she could do her interview now.

well thats a good news, we haven't called yet but we will soon. I probably do my medical exam soon while waiting fot the letter since I will go sputum exam due to my health history. Anyway wish u the best and that means that your case is moving and hopefully granted. God bless!

I too was August Filler, NOA1 on the 29th, got NOA2 on 11th April for aproval and NVC sent my stuff to the consulate. I have my case # as well. Waiting for packet #3 to reach my fiance. Tomorrow will be a week since they told me they had sent it. What can we do in the meantime. I read that many are doing medicals and so forth. Is there something i am missing here?
