How long for I-485 transfer out of MSC (K-3)?

My I-485 and I-765 NOA1 was on Sep 1. Had my Biometrics on Sep 25. Since then, neither I-765 nor I-485 applications have been touched.

How long has it been taking for others to have their I-485 transferred to CSC or District Office?

As an aside, I notice that the K-1 folks get approved a LOT quicker -- both for the visa and for AOS. Anyone wanna comment?

Thanks!

I know my AOS was transfered to CSC about 3 weeks after my NOA1 date ... I am not sure what others are experiencing when transfered to their local offices ...

The reason the K-1ers are getting approved quicker is that they seem to be the only AOS applications that are being transfered to CSC and getting approvals without interviews ...

K-1 VISA

AOS / EAD
08-24-06 - AOS/EAD mail to Chicago (Day 1)

I-751

01-02-09 - Received GC in mail (with wrong Resident Since date) (Day 101)

Yeah I wouldn't count on your K3 based AOS being transferred to CSC, we have yet to see that happen.

3 months since noa 2 ... no touches since the day after biometrics

As one of the above said.. k3 doesnt get transferred to CSC... would be nice but highly unlikely...

also for a estimate check your local office times for processing... currently my local office of New Orleans lists processing of I485 as july 2005.. this is not accurate.. (god i hope its not accurate) but I think they give themselves a bit of leeway..
