My question is do they want you to answer the US Representative where you live?

So for me since I'm living in Santa Ana CA. do i have to know who is my US representative or I can say any US representative?

You must be talking about the questions on the civics test, knowing all the key names of your leadership. Got the federal, state, and city, well not the name of your mayor, but his/her position. Also the name of the guy that is chief justice of the supreme court.

When helping my wife and daughter in this test reminded me of my military days when we had to memorized the names of the people in the chain of command from the president down. Meaningless names, but the guys that could affect your life.

It certainly helps to learn the names of your congressman and senator, you may have to contact them if you have problems with the USCIS. We did, on three separate occasions.
