I want to stop by to see if this place is living at it seems to have the same old members. I guess most still stick on this site like glue and dont move on.

I know it's illegal to shoot your neighbor's dog but when she doesn't care that they bark constantly every time she lets them out I want to do just that. Especially after they woke me up 2 hours early this morning and went on and on and on....

Indy's noise ordinance basically ties our hands. Multiple households would have to complain. A single complaint is a private not a public nuisance. It's BS!
