This is how you know when your job as a parent wasn't completed properly before you unleash them on the public.

Scene setup:

Inside Target store, just before the exit, some dweeb customer had spilled a bag of ice on the floor posing a risk of fall to customers.

Store Manager: Employee go get the scoop to clean this mess up so that customers don't fall. I'll stand guard here to warn and direct them.

Employee: Why do we need to clean it up, it's just going to melt away? (She said this with a straight face too).
