No I always dip spoon, taste and put it to wash. Then when ready to taste again - get another clean spoon.

My wife and I will be doing volunteer work on Friday all day (7 AM to 7 PM) - serving food. Here is an interesting food safety policy that we never knew.

• Taste-testing - use the two-spoon method (use one spoon to pour the food item into another spoon). This

allows the same item to be tested several times using the same spoons.
