when i wil get affidavit request from NVC ?

I had sent the form details DS-3032 via post office tentatively to weeks ago. I had paid AOS fees online on 12-SEP-2012. Jsut now NVC has sent registered as agent for the immigrant visa petition email and IV fees (230$) invoice. I sent via online fees also and that is on the in process. When I printed the Document Cover Sheet after paid AOS fees from the website of NVC. It is stated that I need to submit Affidavit Of Support to proceed to the next step. What I want to know is -Can I submit the Affidavit Of Support on the basis of Document Cover Sheet ? or Should I wait for the request mail to submit Affidavit Of Support from NVC ?
