You could try but it's a long shot. If she's college grad and highly-skilled then you could find her an employer who's willing to get her a working visa.

In short- no.

Longer: it takes a loooong time. Your wife would need to petition for her brother/ sister (the niece's parent), which takes 10+ years, then when the parent is over here, they could petition for the child.

You could offer her support if she wanted to try for a F1 student visa, but that is of course not for immigrating.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

The OP is from the Philippines Sibling petitions take about 24 years and the OP needs to be a USC to start the petition. The niece would than be adult child and would need to be single to be petitionable by the parent which again for the Philippines which is an additional 10 years. So they are looking at a 33 year wait.

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.
