Received a 2nd I-797C Notice of Action???

So I send in my I-130's for my wife and stepdaughter. And a week later I receive the standard NOA stating the they received and are processing. Then, in another week, I receive a 2nd NOA stating that my petition was transferred to USCIS-NBC, PO Box 648005, Lee's Summit, MO 64064. What is this all about?

The letter itself explains that your case was transferred. It is normal so sit back and relax while waiting for noa2 approval.
