Does anyone think that I am going to have a problem. Here is the situation; I am on disability, and I receive food stamps, Sec 8. (though the housing authority says it is not a state means tested benefit), and my kids receive medical assistance. My question is am I going to have a problem with getting his Visa even if I have a qualifying co-sponsor? If so what can I do?

As long as you have a co-sponsor who can help you meet the poverty line, you are qualified.
