I sent in my package for aos from k-1september first, I knew I was going to get an RFE. My biometrics letter arrived ten days after it was issued, now I'm scared my rfe will get here after the valid time frame to submit the RFE has passed. I did call the uscis and they told me they can't disclose the items for rfe, or how long I'll have before I have to submit it. So generally how long will that time frame for an RFE be, and when I'm going to mail it, who will I have to mail it to, uscis Chicago lock box or my local uscis office?

Are you sure? I got confused because on the main screen to check status RFE and biometrics are two separate circle options and I mentioned to the lady that I got my biometrics letter.

How long ago was the RFE shown on the site? And the letter arrived after the RFE was shown online?

. The biometrics letter was issued September 10th, the rfe 20th

I thought the RFE was online prior to the bio letter.

RFE was on Thursday. Give it a few days to arrive.
