I-130 Vermont - RFE

Received an RFE status online from Vermont last week (previously listed as "initial review").

Got the letter today and they simply want two passport photos of me.

Praise the Lord this was simple to do!

So remember kids, if you are the sponsor processing an I-130 at Vermont, please don't forget your passport photos!

Anyone out there have similar?

Does anyone think I will receive MORE RFE's after this? (Or are they thorough enough to ask for these kinds of things in one swing?)

Peace, Love, and Bobby Sherman!

I know in my sisters case she had several things that needed to be sent in the one rfe she received. So unless there is a problem with the photos you send you should be good to go. Best of luck to you.

or hey kids - remember- read the instructions on the G-325A !!!

If no, Uncle Darnell make you listen to 20 hours of Bobby Sherman !

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

That is the interesting thing.

We did provide the passport photos of me in the first pass.

I have photo's of everything we filled out and provided.

It may be that my att'y lost them after I turned them over?

attorney? send him an invoice for a partial refund, say 600 usd for causing an RFE.

Send it this week, then again in 30 days with a demand letter.

When he fails to pay, take him to small claims court,

and make the udgement 600 bucks plus 20 hours of listening to Bobby Sherman.

Good Luck !

Seriously? 2 photos of beneficiary and petitioner each?

I think I'll be getting an RFE as well. Is there any way to send another set of photos in advance of an RFE? I don't know why but I remember reading that the I-130 only required 1 photo of the beneficiary and petitioner...not 2.

Only one passport photo is needed for each G-325A that is submitted (per instructions). Sending anything to USCIS unsolicited at this point in time is nothing more than an exercise in futility as it is unlikely to be matched with the file.

Yes, they wanted two of each (short answer).

But, we had submitted two of my wife and two of me in the original i130 package submission, so this tells me the two photos of me were lost along the way or after they opened the files.

As of 2012-10-01 I am waiting to come out of "RFE response review" status!

Yep, 2 passport-style photos of each. And also said: requesting evidence of ongoing relationship, therefore additional evidence is needed.

So we sent it last week, they got it today... And waiting!!!!

I'd like to create a world with you, where flag, nation, borders, race or destiny would have the same meaning to us.

If I sent two sets of photos in advance, would they accept it? Is it worth it to call them to ask?
