Hello,

I am a US citizen & my wife & step-daughter came to US on CR1/CR2. They reecived a conditional 2 year Green Card. Now it is time to renew it. Child is 8 yrs old. Do we prepare & file I-751 individually for each seperately or is there such thing as a Joint I-751 where we only send one petition which is a joint & would contains both my wife & step-daughter?

Please advise.

Thanks & Best Regards.

salam, if a condional green card for your wife and step daughter expired at the same time then use only one form i 751 and include your step daughter in part 5 ( example if 2 years for your wife expired 90 days from now and 2 years for daughter expired 140 days from now than you need to file for your wife now and wait for daughter until her 90 days before expired card good like and i hope u understand

and the filing fee for a Form is $505.

An additional biometric fee of $85 is required when filing Form I-751. After you submit Form I-751, USCIS will notify you about when and where to go for biometric services.

You may submit one check or money order for both the application and biometric fees, for a total of $590.

NOTE: Each conditional resident dependent, eligible to be included on the principal applicant's Form I-751 and listed under Part 5 of Form I-751, is required to submit an additional biometric services fee of $85.

Your wife and child fees: $675

salam, If the child is under 14, no biometric fee is necessary. If the child is over 14 but still a dependent included in the petition, then a fee is necessary. There is only one filing fee necessary.

please call uscis to make sure.
