Hi,

I posted couple months ago that I got a letter to submit I-601.

I submitted my I-601 on June 23 and I got approval notice on Sept 10,2011.

( The IO asked for I-601 as my employment based AOS is abandoned, due to the company who sponsored closed and had some IRS issue)

- The officer thought I am in process to get immigration benefit from a fradulent company.

Finally its over.
