I submit my P3 on Sep10th and EMS tracking status shown that GZ consulate received it on Sep 12th. It has been 2 weeks, but still no P4.

My fiancé has been calling DOS, and was told there is no my P3 information in the system? Why is that? Wrote five or six email inquiry, all of replies were so lame. Either hasn't received it or hasn't processed.

Usually how long it takes to receive P4 after submission of P3? I saw some ppl get it in a week?!

call the white swan concierge desk, and ask them to LOOK for the ems package that was sent into GUZ IV.

If the concierge finds it, it will get into GUZ IV the next day.

White Swan Hotel, Concierge Desk, accepts mail for GUZ IV per contract.

It's a 'known fact' that sometimes the packages fall off the desk and are behind the desk, at the concierge desk.

Thank you. I will try to call them tomorrow morning. Is it possible that the GZ IV has received it but just hasn't processed it due to a high volume of applications?

That's always possible. there was a holiday last week as well.

Since EMS says it was delivered, then it's at least made it to WHITE SWAN Hotel.

Usually it's 1 to 4 weeks to process the OF-169 thingie, based on queue volume of those in the queue prior to her.

But 2 weeks has passed, it smells a bit - DoS Hotline should , at least, have a 'P3 received' timetick for you.

Yes, my fiancé called Dos hotline, and it said GUZ IV has our P3, no idea what that mean. In system? Processed already? Or just received it? He Will call again to see how it goes.

Another week almost pass, still no P4. No idea how long it is gonna take for them to issue an appointment packet. Long holidays coming up, stuck in an endless waiting! Omg!!!

Uncle Darnell, yes I indeed emailed to White Swan Hotel, they replied GZ consulate had picked up my P3 on Sep 12th 9am!!! Which is exact two weeks now.

When my fiancé called DOS on monday, they even complained that my fiancé made too much inquiry emails to GZ consulate. Omg, what the hell?

Really discouraging... :(

Lol, I called white swan hotel, they said there is no phone inquiry, have to email swan@whiteswanhoyel.com for any consulate EMS status.

I think the DOS timetick was "GZ consulate has our P3, but hasn't set an appointment date yet" and asked my fiancé to check in back end of this month.

Yep, the minions at the consulate can be a bit surly. Don't let them get to you. I hope that you get some resolution before the National Day festivities...

ok - if GUZ IV has the P3 packet that you sent to them,

then you wait for the next round of scheduling.

Scheduling occurs 2 to 4 times a month at GUZ IV.

There's a queue, you must wait.

My fiancé just got off the phone with DOS, finally got my interview date set on Oct 29th. Omg, another one month waiting!!!

Is it possible to "negotiate" our interview date? I am just concerned that our early Jan wedding will be further postponed. (already postponed once due to the VSC mess)
