Ok, the NVC just got our NOA2, I hope they will be sending to Manila soon...

Just want to be sure what to do next...

I will send my fiance all of the originals from my k1 application... I do not have an original of my birth certificate, only copies. Is this ok for her to bring or should I also send a copy of my passport?

Also, all she needs to bring to the interview is the originals, and the DS156 156k and 157? St. Lukes will send proof of her medical exam?

And what is the DS160? Is this required?

I134 and copies of 3 paychecks?

I gotta send this all to her this week, please help, I know you guys can help. Everyone here is great, and you all helped me get to this point with great results, I am so happy that my fiance will be here soon, I just want to make sure that everything is done right. :bonk:

I will send my fiance all of the originals from my k1 application... I do not have an original of my birth certificate, only copies. Is this ok for her to bring or should I also send a copy of my passport? A government issued copy of the birth certificate will be fine.

Also, all she needs to bring to the interview is the originals, and the DS156 156k and 157? These forms and originals of evidence from petition are correct, but you need updated evidence of your ongoing relationship to present and letters of intent. Check the link in my signature for other forms. St. Lukes will send proof of her medical exam? Yes, they will forward the information to the embassy and give the beneficiary a CD packet of results to keep.

And what is the DS160? Is this required? NO. This is not required for Filipino K-1 applicants.

I134 and copies of 3 paychecks? More pay stubs would be better, but this shouldn't be all. You need a letter of employment, and your last 1040, W2/1099 etc. or last year's tax transcript at the least.

Again, check the link in my signature. This will bring you the PDF file download of the Manila US embassy instructions for K-1 applicants. You need to check over this.

Ok, the NVC just got our NOA2, I hope they will be sending to Manila soon...Did you get a MNL case # yet? If so go ahead pay the visa fee and set up the interview appointment.

Just want to be sure what to do next...

I will send my fiance all of the originals from my k1 application... I do not have an original of my birth certificate, only copies. Is this ok for her to bring or should I also send a copy of my passport? Are you a natural-born US citizen or naturalized? If natural-born, copy of Birth Certificate should do. If naturalized, copy of Naturalization Certificate. Yes also on the copy of passport.

Also, all she needs to bring to the interview is the originals, and the DS156 156k and 157? St. Lukes will send proof of her medical exam?. You could pre-fill these forms for her and send it to post mail or she could pre-fill it herself and print it from her home or internet cafe. Results of medical exam from St Luke's will be sent by the hosp to the Consulate.

And what is the DS160? Is this required? Not required for K1 in the Philippines

I134 and copies of 3 paychecks? Original copy of I-139 with ink signed. At least 1 month-worth of pay stubs. Letter of employment stating you status, annual or hourly rates. W-2 and 1040 Forms (year 2009-2011). if you don't have 1040 just order the tax transcripts from IRS for free. If self-employed, 1099 Form. Make sure you've met the 125% of poverty guidelines.

I gotta send this all to her this week, please help, I know you guys can help. Everyone here is great, and you all helped me get to this point with great results, I am so happy that my fiance will be here soon, I just want to make sure that everything is done right. :bonk:Congrats and good luck!!
