now my questions

ds 3230 do i have to wait from nvc to contact me? or do i have to call them to get case number? You can call nvc to see if they have your case. You need your uscis number. It took 7 business days for nvc to recieve my case from uscis.

do i have to get forms from the internet or they're going to send them to me???

once your invoiced for the visa application fee then your spouse can send the choice of agent form. sign and scan and email it to nvc.

my wife is in mexico do i have to send her the forms to sign or i can do it? She needs to sign the choice of agent form and send it from her email address to nvc. She can download it herself print it out and sign it, then scan it and email it to nvc.

I answered the questions i'm farmiliar with and have answers to. Good luck...

As far as your baby, have you checked that he/she is not eligible for a consular report of birth abroad? If the child is, it means they were a US citizen at birth and just need to file the paperwork to substantiate it, which is a lot simpler than filing for an immigrant visa.

Long story short, we have a complicated case. We've been at this for nearly 5 years. You can read our story here. I highly recommend our attorney Laurel Scott, as well as attorneys Laura Fernandez and Lizz Cannon .

Filed I-130 via CSC in Feb 2008. Petition approved June 2008. Consular interview in Mexico, Oct 2008, visa denied, INA 212a6cii. We allege improper application of the law in this case.

2012, started over in Seoul: I-130 filed DCF on 7/2, I-130 approved 8/8, Medical at Yonsei Severance 11/20, IR1 appointment in November 2012.

CRBA filed 1-3-13 at Seoul for our daughter
