Duplicate supporting evidence

Hey guys,

Basically, we're filing AOS and at the same time filing I-765 and I-131. We've noticed that the I-765 and I-131 require some of the same supporting evidence as the I-485 and I-130 (like copies of passports, passport style photos etc). Since we're mailing it all together do we still have to include a full copy of my wife's passport or more new passport style photos for EACH and EVERY different form, or will just one copy be enough? I mean, common sense would dictate that its a little redundant to mail multiple copies of the same supporting evidence in the same overall package...right??? This package we're about to send is getting really large!

Unfortunately, I'm sure I already know the answer to this question...that I'll have to send multiple copies anyway. Although, you never know! Has anyone ever "combined" supporting evidence for multiple immigration forms being filed at the same time? Any input on this matter would be greatly appreciated!

Cheers.

You have to send multiple... though besides photos, there is not much duplication... read the instructions and good luck.

It is very likely that different adjudicators will process your various AOS applications, hence the need for copies. Like Harpa mentioned, read the instructions and

Good luck.
