Still no news from NVC

We had our NOA2 almost two weeks ago but have heard nothing from the NVC.

Should we be calling the NVC or US Embassy in London ?

Am confused as to who i need to call to chase, have called NVC many times and just told to keep waiting.

Any one got some advice ?

i would call NVC every day if i was u, so NVC has no record of receiving ur case?

You need to chase USCIS because NVC and London don't have the petition yet. Well you don't need to, but if you're trying to track it down, then USCIS was it's last known location. Have you asked them if it has left the service center?
