CSC has been moving quickly but I don't think you will have visa in hand by Christmas. However never say never and at the least your fiance will visit. Best of luck to you both on your journey. :)

Hi

We all appreciate your relationship by heart.

Now, thing is that you are in Germany and your Fiance (David) is in USA. As per the above statement, it states that Your Fiance (MALE (david)) is US Citizen and you are the Fiancee (FEMALE) of him.

And, you (Marina) is the one who is writing over here in this forum. You are saying that your Fiance (David) is going back to USA now and he (your Fiance - DAVID) has already filed the Petition for you in the month of August 2012...

Marina, if above is true, then it takes 5 Months for approval. It means you will hear from USCIS in the month of Dec 2012 or 2012 January.

Please make your mind accordingly with above thing.

Thanks

The average wait time is about 5 months, however many are getting approved at CSC in less than 3, myself included. You can expect it to take 5 months, but you will probably get your approval the end of October. Good luck with your wait, and be patient with it. You will receive it in no time at all!
