Yea so am I. Im getting impatient already with the wait and its only been a little over a month. I just wish one of us transferrers would get approved so that we could know theres some progress.

filers from august 15, they transferred the files,and spread out to each neighboring service center to minimize and to even the work loads.so the waiting game for you guys is not very long.

We are a September transfer and living abroad. We were hoping for auto-expedite so bad; I hate living here so much. :( I hope to God that it doesn't take 4-5 months or more. Did anyone else who is living abroad receive the notices in the mail yet? If you did, what service did they use? We haven't received anything in the mail here. Also, has anyone from August or early September seen a "touch" on their case?

USCIS I-130 Petition for Spouse

September 2012: Filed from abroad to Chicago Lockbox

4 days later: NOA1, Routed to California Service Center

7 days later: Transferred because of new jurisdiction

5 days later: Case Status changed to: Under processing at USCIS office

NOA2 arrived 78 days after NOA1 :)

*I-130 Approval Notice hardcopy finally received in Pakistan, the only notice that arrived.

My case was transferred to NBC on 9-19 and it was last touched 9-28. I am guessing the 9-28 is when it was sent to or arrived at my local office.

my case was last touched 9/25 - and assuming it was sent to local USCIS as stated above .

Day 11/14 Mailed AOS Package

Day 11/16 AOS Package Accepted

Day 11/20 Received Text with receipt numbers

Day 11/21 Checks cashed

Day 11/26 -Letter for Biometrix - its on 12/20

Day 12/20/ went to do biometrics, turn away as wife has a cut on thumb - will try to walk in next week

Day 12/28 - bio metrics done ! - walked in San Diego as we were visiting my in laws.

Day 1/4/2013 - received text/email that case is ready to be scheduled for interview !

Day 1/15/2013 - received hard copy letter to let us know interview is on 2/12 !

Day 1/17/2013 - received text/email that EAD has been approved

Day 1/26/2013 - received EAD card

Day 2/12 - interview done - approved on spot!

Do you really this we will see approvals in November? Or is everyone just hoping like me?

I am hopeful :D :D but it is hard to tell what will happen since we can't really see where our cases are and the processing times. :(
