Hope we get an approval around January-February 2013.

2012 Sept 4 Received NOA 1 from CSC *date on letter Aug 28*

2012 Sept 5 Case was transferred to USCIS -NBC in MO

Yea so am I. Im getting impatient already with the wait and its only been a little over a month. I just wish one of us transferrers would get approved so that we could know theres some progress.

i dont wanna wait that long, i am hopeful it will be approved before this year ends.. ive heard those that were transferred to NBC were approved faster, since CSC or VSC is backlogged. so lets pray for that. we dont want our families being apart for long. :)

Well does anybody know of somebody being transferred to the NBC and getting fast approval? I would love to hear from them :D :D

i just googled it.. and there were stories of cases like that.. and getting theirs approved in a few weeks after being sent to nBC... :)

well hopfully for us it will be fast!!! keep looking information!!! our i-130 was sent to NBC too!! but a week after we got an email saying that our i-130 is being processed in a USCIS office!! have someone of you called to USCIS and ask which office?? maybe is the first one it was sent or it could be another!!!

Got a notification today that my husband's petitions for me and my daughter were transferred to a USCIS Office. Now to wait for the notice to find out where it's gone now. :wacko:

Day 11/21 Checks cashed

Day 11/26 -Letter for Biometrix - its on 12/20

Day 12/20/ went to do biometrics, turn away as wife has a cut on thumb - will try to walk in next week

Day 12/28 - bio metrics done ! - walked in San Diego as we were visiting my in laws.

Day 1/4/2013 - received text/email that case is ready to be scheduled for interview !

Day 1/15/2013 - received hard copy letter to let us know interview is on 2/12 !

Day 1/17/2013 - received text/email that EAD has been approved

Day 1/26/2013 - received EAD card

Day 2/12 - interview done - approved on spot!

I have a question!!! we got 2 hard copies ON AIR MAIL!!! one was on august 30!! saying our I-130 was going to be processed on CSC and the second one was on Sep 06 saying that it was sent to MO.... THEN WE JUST GOT AN EMAIL ON SEPT 12 SAYING THAT OUR I-130 WAS TRANSFERRED AND BEING PROCESSED IN A USCIS OFFICE!!! SO MY QUESTION IS!!! which one of the hard copies on the air mail is the NOA1???? or Does the NOA1 IS THE LAST UPDATE ON SEPT 12 :wacko: :wacko: :blink: ???

NOA1 is the first receipt you received after you submited it at the lockbox. the other ones are just notices of actions. Mine is in the same boat as yours.

I am wondering how many there are here that filed their I130 petition in Aug or Sept 2012 and have been transferred to the NBC in Missouri?

FYI - because of the back log at CSC and VSC petitions are being transferred to NBC to assist them.

I've been tranferred but it doesn't say where on the USCIS site. They haven't sent us a e-mail notification yet. Probably same place as others have been. :(

So can we pretty much forget about expediting or what does this mean??? AHHHHHHHHHHH I hate this process :wacko: :wacko: :wacko:

How many of us that were transfered are actualy filers from abroad (USC living abroad)? Maybe that has something to do with us being tranfered.
