Aug and Sept I 130 filers transfered to Missouri (NBC) ???

Yea so am I. Im getting impatient already with the wait and its only been a little over a month. I just wish one of us transferrers would get approved so that we could know theres some progress.

Sep 26,2012 - I-130 NOA1

Oct 04,2012 - I-130 case transferred from CSC to NBC Missouri

Oct 10,2012 - I-130 case transferred and is now being processed at a USCIS office

Jan 23, 2013 - I-130 approved!!!

Update for those waiting for NOA2 who were transferred to MSC and living abroad-

NOA1 : Oct 18th - email and hard copy recieved a few weeks later

NOA2: Dec 19th - just checked on the site and it says our petition was approved - it will probably take a few weeks to get the hard copy, and weird they didn't send me an email.... BUT whatever, I am happy I can see it online and happy it only took 2 months!!

I just really hope I hear something soon. Tomorrow will be day 121 and im just hoping i can finish this so I can bring my wife here by July. Thats the timeframe Im aiming for. Im just trying to stay hopeful :(

08/13/2012: I-130 sent to Chicago Lockbox from Jordan (Nahda Office)

08/21/2012: NOA1

8/21/2012 : NOA1 Hardcopy

8/28/2012 : 1-797C Action Transferred to NBC (Assuming sent to Atlanta Local office...but no telling)

O9/4/2012 : Last touched.

2/26/2013 : Infopass with Atlanta (confirmed file is there and no action yet. To be started in March)

03/18/2013 : 2nd Infopass (No review or processing of any stand-alone I-130s for 60-90 days. URGHHHHHHHHHH)

04/6/2013: NOA2 (228 days from NOA1)

NVC

05/10/13 USCIS Atlanta letter to me confirms this date as sent to NVC

05/20/13 NVC Received Case (Waiting on case number)
06/7/2013 NVC case number assinged
06/7/2013 Choice of agent complete now awaiting fees

Gave up tracking when I left overseas...but we are almost done biggrin.png!

TERMINATED SEPTEMBER 27, 2012.

I am wondering how many there are here that filed their I130 petition in Aug or Sept 2012 and have been transferred to the NBC in Missouri?

FYI - because of the back log at CSC and VSC petitions are being transferred to NBC to assist them.

One of them. But got my NOA2/approval last Nov. 26. My petitioner/hubby is from KS :)

05-23-2012 Got marriage certificate
08-08-2012 Sent to Chicago lockbox,CR1
08-16-2012 got text message and email.Keep waiting.No NOA1 hardcopy.So we called.
09-17-2012 about this time,got NOA1 hard copy.Priority day August 13th
04-01-2013 cool,NOA2 approved.We both very excited.

05-28-2013 After waiting for almost 2months,Just noticed The NOA2 is wrong.Called USCIS to correct it.

06-11-2013 NVC recieved

06-24-2013 GUZ casefile number assiged

06-25-2013 Pay AOS fee,DS-3032 OPTIN email sent

07-11-2013 OPTIN accepted,Got GZO number

07-15-2013 Got IV fee email

07-16-2013 Paid IV fee

07-19-2013 AOS set sent

07-22-2013 DS-230 IV set sent

08-10-2013 Checklist cover letter

08-13-2013 Sent back the correction AOS

09-25-2013 Checlist cover letter again.But said no need to send back to NVC.just correct it and take to Interview

09-26-2013 Got interview date. November 25th

If you filed before August 15th, it most likely has not been transferred and is still at VSC.

3/2/18  E-filed N-400 under 5 year rule

3/26/18 Biometrics

7/2019-12/2019 (Yes, 16- 21 months) Estimated time to interview MSP office.
