Embassy question for a friend

Hi everyone!

My husband and I have already been through our journey, citizenship is our next step when he's ready for it. However, I have a friend who is in the midst of hers. Her husband is in England and will be going to the London embassy for his interview. They're waiting for the date and have received the request to fill out forms for the embassy. They're unclear whether they BOTH have to fill out the DS-230 or if only HE has to fill it out. It's been several years since we did ours and it was in Canada, so I wasn't 100% sure what they would need. I hoped someone here might be able to clarify for her.

The DS 230 is the visa application. Only the immigrant needs a visa.

Thank you! I think she was confused...she was talking about biographical information. I wonder if she's confusing the DS 230 and the G325A. I'll have to get her to clarify.
