I am a us citizen petitioning my mom.

Aos- paid and i am about to submit my AOS paperwork.

I am petitioning my mom, only her, nobody else and i am using ONLY my income.

1.Should i use form I-864ez? or I-864?

I filed my taxes married joint for the past years.

So the information on my 1040 taxes are combined salary of me and my husband?

2.What numbers should i put on the Federal income tax total income for the

last 3 years on the form i-864ez.( if that is the form im going to use).

should i use the numbers from my W2.which is solely my income or

the one from my tax which is the combined salary of me and my husband.

im confused.

i dont need to include my husband salary since my salary is above the

poverty level. pls help.. thanks in advance
