how to submite I-639 when I need submite more evidence

hello everbody,

I hold K-1 visa and I get married already, now my condition is waiting for my green card, today I get a letter from USICS, a letter for "Request for Additional Evidence (I-485)"- I-639 Report of medical examination and vaccination record, I already took medical examination before I come here, I just don't have vaccination record, now I will go to hostpial for vaccination record, and when I mail the vaccination record, what's other documents should I mail together? how long will take after I mailing vaccination record to get my green card? My case transfer to CA from CHIO, does this mean I won't have interview for my green card?

I hope i explain myself clearly, Thank you for your help.

Oh , i get a envelope from USCIS, do I need to put this envolopes in another envolopes and mail it to them of I just this envelope mail to them directly?

You need the vaccination record from the civil surgeon that did your medical report. If you do not have that, then you will need to see another civil surgeon and have them complete the I-693 form.

The CA service center is where your adjustment of status is being processed. No way to tell if there will be an interview or not.

OH, thank you so much, then when I finish, I just use the envelope to mail them to USCIS, or I need to put this envelope in other envelope and then mail them? a little silly question, I just want to make sure everything is finish, cause I am waiting for this green card almost 6 monthes.
