What address should my wife list for me on her DS-230?

Question 39 asks for "Name and Address of Petitioner" (that being me). I've maintained a domicile in the USA, where we intend to reside once my wife receives her visa. (At least I think I have. It's my mother's house but I'm registered to vote there and it's where I stay when I'm the states). However, I primarily reside with my wife and daughter at our home in Vietnam.

My address in Vietnam would seem to be more accurate. However, I'm concerned that listing it could lead to further delays if the NVC demands additional evidence that I've maintained a domicile in the USA.

Anyone have experience with this issue?
