Just a reminder to those completing DS-156 to check on your consulate website in regards to the new eform for DS-156. The majority of embassy/consulate websites now have specific dates by which only the eform will be accepted as it contains a barcode. I say this, as I know that some members use downloaded forms from various sources.

You can find me on FBI

Thanks for the reminder aussiewench. So I guess it is safe for me to assume that all embassies will take the downloaded forms but to check with the embassy if they will take the new eform because of the barcode printout.
