just done CFO at Manila, the requirements are simple, if the petitioner was divorced be sure to bring divorce decree and his/her birth certificate, Valid ID, Marriage Certificate from NSO,Birth Certificate from NSO, make copy each.<br style="color: rgb(28, 40, 55); font-size: 13px; line-height: 19px; background-color: rgb(250, 251, 253); ">the counselor will not let kids inside the room huh.gif there are topics that kids must not hear, be sure to be there EARLY if you will go in CFO manila,they will only accept 17 person only in morning and another 17 in the afternoon,the seminar only takes 5 hours and another 5 minutes in ONE on ONE seminar with the counselor,.good luck..because the counselor are not friendly,they will confused you.headbonk.gif they will also hold you if you cannot answer the question...

so you did the cfo so early and they didnt give u a hard time about it, what about the sticker for your passport?

Did they change the # of people per session? Per their website which I'm looking at right now says,

Please check the schedule of the counseling session before proceeding to CFO because it is country-specific and the slots are limited only to 12 per session. It is on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Anyways, it wasn't clear if you have your visa in hand already when you went there the 1st time. If you had it then why didn't you get the sticker on the same day? If you didn't have it and you intend to come back on Monday, make sure you'll have it with you along with the counseling certificate. Good luck!

You can do the CFO seminar before your interview at the embassy they will give you a certificate for later when you have your visa, then you will get the CFO sticker.

According to her Time line, she took her advance CFO seminar :)

Oh I didn't check her Timeline sorry. I just assumed that she already had the interview, got approved and just waiting on her visa but we went ahead and got her certificate. With that said, she can't get sticker then right as it requires to have the visa in hand?

So the sticker and the certificate are given at the same time and only when the visa is issued? I just need to clarify. I thought the cert is given on the same seminar day.

For advance CFO seminar all they give is the certificate. After you receive your Visa you need to get back for the sticker.

...PRISM at question city are now closed,that was counselor said to us ..so they are now accept 17 person in the morning,..please check my Timeline,im doing CFO seminar for me to renew or change the status of my passport..i got Certification and when i have VISA i will come back for the sticker,..

Correction to avoid confusion :wacko:

PRISM is located at Taft Ave and SMEF-COW is located at Katipunan, QC (both are already close)

so the one open for business is CFO Main Office at Quirino Ave.

My fiancee told me a couple days ago she had to submit

some info to the CFO since she came to the states and I said they can kiss my ####.....
