My wife has her interview at the us embassy in Kuwait on September 18. We both went to the interview. The interview went well except for the wrong tax for I sent in and proof odchigue domicile cuz my wife mentioned I just bought a house in august. Wich sn't a problem I have my drivers license copies with the new address on it and utility bills and also a copy of my mortage payment and house insurance. But another thing the consular said she wanted was proof that me and my wife will be going to the state's.... we wanted to get her visa before October 18 because we wanted to go to the state's then for my vacation but the consular said the she would not issue it...instead she recommended a visitors visa until I can show that we are going home for good. Now my contract is finished in December and I think I can get a letter stating that from my company but..... I don't see how a few months In kuwaIt after my and my wife get back in October wwould cause any issues....butni could be wrong. The consular said to submit the documents and if accepted they could issue the cr-1. Has anybody delt with this issue before?
