You need to have an official birth certificate along with a certified translation of the birth certificate. The official birth certificates are issued by the government authority in your region. You should check with the local government agency to determine who is responsible for issuing birth certificates and then locate a certified translation specialist.

arch and cel,

What do you mean by late registered? As in, years after you were born the BC was acquired? A valid birth certificate, from a civil authority is all that is required. Late birth registration is not an issue.

You do have a birth certificate, correct?

late registered becoz of my parents negligence. since I was born in the province by native midwife they did'nt registerd my name.. i went to yhe local civil regisrty office I found out that my name was not registered there. So they adviced to do that (Late registration) Now i got my NSO birth cirtificate required for the interview, my question is...theres a problem about my late registration BC during my interview?
