09-13-2012 - NOA2

09-17-2012 - NOA2 hard copy received

09-20-2012 - Case# received

09-24-2012 - NVC left

09-27-2012 - consulate received

10-18-2012 - interview approved pending I-134 form (was submitted not sure what happen)

10-25-2012 - resubmitted I-134 and asked to pick up visa on the 10-30-2012

So sad ..For 6 mos waiting this is what we got today request for evidence(RFE).My fiance got phone message from USCIS for RFE and he tried to phone to asked them what they request for evidence,but they dont answer they just said to wait on the mail...frustrating.

Sorry to hear it ...we are now worried about us also its been 6mos + still nothing...they are not working their job right...and why others they got approve with less than 6mos?is it fair to us?i dont understand their steps now....

March 13,2012 = I-129F Mailed to Dallas,texas

March 15,2012 = received email from USCIS,that they got the packet

March 20,2012 = received email from USCIS for our NOA1,and they routed to VSC

June 28, 2012 = touch

October 03,2012 = F received RFE via text

If it is a simple RFE like mine was, you will get your NOA2 in about 2 weeks, after you send your response.

When responding to a Request for Evidence it is extremely important that you place the blue coversheet on the top of the response you send to them. The VSC receives thousands of pieces of correspondence each day, if the blue coversheet is not on the top of the response it will be placed in general correspondence and NOT sorted as a priority, which may delay your case.

Don't be saddened I went through the same process. I checked online USCIS and it stated rfe and I called them, they told me to wait for the letter in the mail. A week later I recieved it, got my paperwork together and sent it the next day. A 10 days later my case was approved. :) So this can perhaps be a good thing, At least you finally know whats going on... :) And your closer then ever to having your case complete......
