Hi everyone! I just wanted to ask few questions. I am currently living in Philippines with my fiance and we are expecting a baby. I am due to deliver our baby next month. 2 weeks ago we received a notice from USCIS about the approval of our K1 Visa Application. We are just waiting for our case to be transferred to NVC. We plan to spend Christmas with my fiance's family. If i'll have my Visa before December, that would be a perfect gift for Christmas. But the problem is, will we be able to bring our baby with us because she is not included in our application. We are planning to get her American passport here in Philippines since his father is a USC and we were informed by people from the US Embassy Manila that it's possible to get her one.

Any response from you guys will be greatly appreciated. Thank you! :D

you will have to do CRBA for the baby.

the baby doesn't need a visa and need not be included in your petition.
