Do you even have lawyer if you don't you might consider one to hire if you do fire him and get new one because you are not inadmissible.

You may be able to file for a I-601 waiver of inadmissibility for the prostitution issue. Whether or not this could be done for your rejected I-485 or would need to be submitted with a new one I am unsure of; you would need to discuss it with your lawyer.

I won't be able to see my lawyer untill Monday. The letter states that there's no waiver available for me. They haven't put in Removal Proceedings but I do have to leave the US within 30 days.

It doesn't give me any further options. I basically have to wait untill the 10 years have past. Is that what it means???

There is a waiver available, but perhaps they mean you cannot apply for a waiver with this application but instead need to put in a fresh I-485 together with the I-601 waiver. I am not familiar enough with them to say for certain.

Your lawyer should be the one to talk to. Without a waiver then yes, you would need to wait ten years from the incident before you could apply for AoS again. If you do not leave within the 30 days they will likely initiate removal proceedings against you.

Im so sorry to hear. I've been reading your post for awhile now and I pray that something will turn around in your favor. You need to find a very good lawyer if your current one is no good. A new I-485 and a waiver sounds like a good idea.

All the best to you...

Thank you Newbie608, It's hard, 'cause it's been a super long process, and there's so much more to come. All I can do is stay strong and leave in God's hands. After rain always comes sunshine!!

I'll wait to speak to my lawyer and go from there, I have faith in my lawyer, but as serious as it is I might look around for a 2nd opinion

It means the denial decision stands.

You should speak to a reputable attorney. No one here can advise you what to do.

Prostitution arrest and charges are enough (without conviction) to make you inadmissible if there is any validity or factual basis to the charge and arrest (even if it hasn't resulted in conviction or any penalty).

Seek professional legal advise.
