Hi all! SO this is the situation. My husband is the petitioner and we got everything together but don't know how to answer #23

income 2009: 7500$ as per irs statement

income 2010 7000$ as per irs statement

he was a student at that time

income 2011 29,000 as per irs statement

So far this year he has earned 3733$ from jan-may (with verifiable paystubs) and then become unemployed. He has been doing sporadic videography work trying to get his business off the ground since then.

What do I list as current annual income #23???

*We are also listing about 175,000 of cash in a US bank account, and assets*

Thoughts? Please?????

I think you will probably be fine, but if you have anyone that is willing to joint sponsor with you, then I would go that route. I had issue where I lost 1.5 years of income, and the NVC still accepted my papers (I did get a co-sponsor and submitted their documents just in case)

Thanks for your help...We don't have anyone to sponsor me...I am hoping our assets will be enough. Does anyone know what I should put as current annual income?
