I wonder if we should still worry about our case status not being updated in their system- at least the part that we get to see. :blink:

Will we have problems in the future because of this? I'd hate to be in the NVC, Consulate or even AOS phase and end up with another delay due to yet another CSC screw up! :angry:

Any thoughts on this? Anybody? :unsure:

October 3rd, 2006: IMBRA RFE e-mail

I was approved October 18 and I sent an email yesterday to inquire about my petition to NVC and I received a reply telling me that they have received my petition and even gave me my new case number. So my suggestion to E&K and ucla_cutie26 is to contact NVC not CSC

07/31/2006 -- NOA 1 Received Date

08/12/2006 -- NOA 1 Notice Date

08/17/2006 -- Touched

09/21/2006 -- Touched

10/02/2006 -- Touched

10/03/2006 -- RFE sent from CSC (Beneficiary's birth certificate)

10/04/2006 -- Touched

10/09/2006 -- Received RFE in the mail

10/10/2006 -- Sent reponse to RFE

10/16/2006 -- RFE acknowledged at CSC

10/18/2006 -- NOA2 - APPROVED!!

01/30/07: INTERVIEW in CDJ **My fiance receives his visa**

03/31/07-04/08/07: I leave to Mexico and bring back my fiance

04/08/07: U.S. ENTRY at LAX

04/23/07: Married in Vegas

08/23/08: After 7 years together . . . Religious wedding ceremony and HUGE PARTY in Jalisco, Mexico (we deserve it)
