HI everyone maybe I am being stupid here asking this question but after reading this post http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/390184-where-the-fiance-intends-to-stay-in-the-us/ I had question for myself:

when we filed our 129f i put down the my parent's house address, where I lived. However, when (If we get approved) my fiance comes here and we live in an different address after marriage(which is going to be a court marriage at this time), is this going to be a big red flag? is it possible that they might think it is a fraud and make my case complicated?

Also, I will be living with him, but time to time i have to go to my parents house because my mom is a cancer patient, and i have to go with her at the hospital and stay there (at her house ).Also, she doesn't want me to stay with him all the time(specially every night) till we get married in Indian traditional way, which is big ceremony, and we don't have that much money right now to have that..so we will wait for the right time.(right now only court marriage, when he comes, if he comes :( )

Thanks in Advance !!!!1

No problem, but keep in mind that if you have an AOS interview, you will have to show proof of your relationship. Joint insurance, joint bank account, joint life insurance, joint bills, pictures, anything you can think of that will convince the IO you guys are having a "real" marriage. "Joint" proof are the best.... Be prepared for that and some proof of your explanation of why you are not living together all the time. :)

Hi

Just do it according to I-129F. There is one column in which petitioner mention that what kind of support you are going to provide to your fiance/fiancee (beneficiary). If you have mentioned that you will support your fiance/fiancee in accommodation then please do not ask your fiance/fiancee to tell that he/she will live somewhere else in USA. Then this will make your case complicated to consular.

Thanks

yes but what if I am the one who will be supporting him by paying all rent and bills, because he won't have any job right away anyways..this is still going to be a problem? I know that time we did not have any address to put down, so i just put down my parents house address...

Hi,

He does not have any job in India, it means you are going to support him in all ways in USA and he will be residing at your home where your parent live because he is coming on K1 visa and you are the petitioner who filed for him. Parent home address in USA where you stay would be fine for documentation. You are going to support him in accommodation. If you put your parent address, it will create some trust.

Thanks
