Hi everyone I need an input about I-134 evidence. I e-mail Senegal embassy consular about the evidence required to support I-134 form and they responded to me that is not required to submit an evidence along with i-134, but the only thing required is to submit the form. Regardless of thier answer,am still sending my fiance the supporting documents for this form to take with her to the interview incase of anything.

I am wondering if any other embassy have the same rules.

Thanks!!!

It does sound very strange that they do not request evidence of support. You said you will send evidence anyway (which I think is very smart), but if you want specifics about the USEM in Senegal, I suggest you visit the regional forums and ask other folks who are going (or have gone through) that Embassy.

**Moved from K1 to US Embassy and Consulate Discussion as the poster would like to know about other USEM procedures regarding Affidavits of Support.
