Hello everyone and thank you again for your endless support. I just want to share some of our experiences during our AOS interview here in Guam (USCIS). My wife and I were interviewed last week of Sept 13, 2012 approximately 9 am in the morning. It was wenesday morning and we were 30 minutes ahead of our interview schedule and we brought our 2 year old son along with us. By the time we've arrived in front of the office, luckily the door is open for us to come in. The officer Lady asked us to both sign our name and she searched through my wifes bag etc etc and finally after our security check my family and I sat down and waited for my wife's name to be called up. Approximately around 8:50 am, a tall black guy around 6 ft tall wearing a thick glasses came out of the door and called my wife's name and finally it's her interview. So I figured it was the IO, so he let us in and walked us through his office. My wife and I sat down and that's where the interview began. At first the IO went through all the records of my wife I-485 documents on his table and he was going through every documents that we've sent in. After going through every forms and documents and that's where he started asking us questions. His first question was. when did you move to Guam and what date? When did your wife arrive here in Guam? and that was it. When I was being interviewed, our 2 year old son kept running around the office which then the IO officer asked us to go out of the office so he could asked my wife some few questions. So my son and I waited for almost 20 minutes and suddenly the IO had asked us to come back in to his office. The IO had asked me some questions why the address from her I-485 is in California and I explained everything to him that it was our old address and we have moved in to Guam and I already made a Change of Address. Then he kept searching to her file until he found that my wife's vaccination supplement is imcomplete but we have provided the form DS 3025 vaccination records from overseas. Then he asked us "where is your I-693" Vaccination Supplement form? Then we told him that the only record we have provided was the DS 3025 because she was pregnant at the time and she couldn't get any shot during her pregnancy. During her 6 month's pregnancy our baby girl passed away inside her tummy and my wife did not even explained it to the IO that we've lost our baby during her pregnancy. Then that's where everything got so messed up, the IO told us to submit a I-693 vaccination supplemental form so three days after we made an infopass appointment and turned in the I-693.. After the interview, the IO hasn't said a word when and how she's going to get her approval or greencard at hand? We're hoping that is not going to be a long wait to get her green card.
