okay, here is my story:

i just arrived in the USA on monday with my K-3 visa.

i have not applied for anything yet - no EAD, no AOS.

and all i wanna do is go home to canada for christmas.

can i do this even though i have not applied to adjust my status?

i know that K-3ers don't need advance parole, but i thought it said something along the line of no advance parole is needed only if your AOS is pending.

am i correct?

i am so confused.

Your K3 is a multi entry visa.... it isa good for travel until the date it expires....

you see, this is what i thought too.

but then the border officer told me that i had to apply for advance parole everytime i wanted to leave the USA.

i understand that he was misinformed, but now i am worried.

i am crossing that same border...i am just scared that i won't be able to re-enter the USA after the holidays.
