biometrics - where do you go?

just wondering if there was a list out there of all the places that you could go to get your biometrics done.

i am in iowa, but am about 1.5 hours from sioux falls, south dakota.

where will my biometrics appointment be?

hi there

as i found out when it came to my biometrics .. you cant choose where you go for your fingerprinting...they will send you a notice and they allocate the closest office to you...i am in toldedo ohio but i went to detroit michigan which is about an hour away..i was expecting cleveland lol

Good question, biometrics are taken at a sub office or District Office.

Iowa lists Des Moines as its Sub Office and Omaha NE as District Office

South Dakota there is no Sub Office, the District Office is Saint Paul MN.

So it is a toss up. Omaha, or Des Moines, depending on which the USCIS considers you to be closer to.

No, biometrics is not done at District and Sub offices. Biometrics is done at Application Support Centers.

Sometimes an ASC will be co-located with a DO or SO, sometimes not.
